While Patricia Parker's claim was proven false, it is surprising that there were not other cases.

It was not until after Elvis' death that women claimed to have had his child, none of which had credible claims and only served to make a mockery of Elvis in the 1980s
On November 14, 1970, Elvis was served with the Parker papers between LA concerts, contributing to his divorce and downward spiral.
