Elvis’ Granddaughter Is Biological Mother of John Travolta’s Son: Lawsuit

A new lawsuit dropped the bombshell claim that John Travolta’s youngest son, Ben, was conceived with eggs from Elvis Presley’s granddaughter, Riley Keough.

The claim was made by Brigitte Kruse, Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, who is suing Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract, according to TMZ. The Daily Beast has reached out to reps for Travolta, 71, and Keough, 36, for comment. Kruse’s lawsuit claims that Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, who died at 57 from breast cancer in 2020, made an arrangement with Keough because they could not biologically conceive a child.

Kruse claimed that Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, made her privy to the details.

According to her, Travolta and Kelly originally used Lisa Marie’s eggs to conceive, but later decided against a repeat insemination because they didn’t want “eggs with heroin” in them. The lawsuit doesn’t clarify whether a pregnancy resulted

Supposedly, as an alternative, the couple used the eggs of Presley’s daughter Riley, who was 21 at the time, in exchange for a used Jaguar and a $10,000-$20,000 payment. Kruse claimed Lockwood told her he would eventually use the bombshell information to get money from Travolta.

Alleged documentation to prove the claim includes a screenshot of a text message exchange that Kruse claims shows Priscilla referring to Travolta’s son Ben as Priscilla’s “great-grandson.”

Attorneys for Priscilla told TMZ, “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

They added, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,” and called Kruse and her lawyers’ conduct “shameful.”

Kruse’s attorney claims Kruse is “heartbroken” to “have been forced” to share the accusations made in the lawsuit, and that the lawsuit aimed to “reveal the truth, correct the record, and provide evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace.” The legal feud between Elvis Presley’s former wife and her ex-business partner began in 2023 over Kruse’s breach of contract claim, and has only gotten uglier since.

Travolta shares three children with his late wife, Kelly Preston: 15-year-old Ben, Ella Bleu, 25, and Jett, who died at age 16 in 2009.

Priscilla Presley speaks out after wild new lawsuit claims John Travolta fathered Elvis' great-grandson with Riley Keough
The filing alleged that Riley Keough was the biological mother of John Travolta's son

A recent lawsuit has made some extreme claims surrounding the parentage of John Travolta's son.

In the lawsuit, it is claimed that Priscilla Presley's granddaughter, Riley Keough, is the biological mother of Travolta's son Benjamin, 15, whom the Pulp Fiction star shares with his late wife Kelly Preston, who passed away in 2020 of breast cancer.

The claim was filed in a suit by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, the Naked Gun star's former business associates, against her and her son, Navarone Garcia, on Tuesday (December 16).

Kruse and Fialko had previously accused Priscilla of 'pulling the plug' on her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley's, life support after she was admitted to hospital in 2023, allegations which the 80-year-old's lawyers called 'shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless'.

In the recent suit, it alleges that Michael Lockwood, who was Lisa Marie's ex-husband and father of her two youngest children, Finley and Harper Lockwood, supposedly said that the late singer's eldest daughter, actor Riley Keough, had given one of her eggs to Travolta and Kelly for up to $20,000 and an 'old Jaguar' car.

The document alleged: "Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, and the father of Harper and Finley Lockwood approached Plaintiff Kruse, telling her that John Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, had been unable to bear her own children, and Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant."

According to People, the filing further claims that Lockwood allegedly said he was 'financially destitute' as Kruse and Fialko attempted to 'manage the constant chaos'.

It also never clarified if a child had ever produced from Lisa Marie's alleged egg donation, nor provided any evidence to back their claims.

The suit then went on to further claim that Lockwood had said the Grease star allegedly said 'he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them', and so 'they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta'.

Lawyers representing Priscilla have issued a response to the claims, calling them 'outrageous'.

"Brigitte and her co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family," they said. "These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case."

They added that these allegations 'absolutely will be addressed in court'.

When approached by the Daily Mail for comment, Lockwood denied knowledge of the claims he is alleged to have made, telling the outlet: "That just sounds crazy. I have not heard anything about it."

Travolta and Preston had Benjamin back in 2010, just a year after their son, Jett Travolta, died after a seizure at the age of just 16.

They called Benjamin's arrival a 'miracle', with Travolta telling People in 2011: “He's given the house a renewed spirit and a purpose."

UNILAD has reached out to Travolta and Keough's representatives for comment.

What's Going On With That Strange Lawsuit Against Priscilla Presley (and Weird Allegations About Riley Keough?)

Priscilla Presley has been the focus of a number of weird lawsuits in recent years. Two people in particular have been dragging her through the courts for over a year now, suing her for allegedly breaching their business contracts.

In a $50 million legal complaint (via People), Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko alleged they were not paid for services administered to Presley and that their working relationship was severed by Presley’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia. The suit is, frankly, weird and kind of gross. In it, they claim that Presley and her family “clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs” after the death of her daughter Lisa Marie. The suit largely seems to be a way for the accusers to try and embarrass Presley by revealing alleged troubles in her family life. The latest accusation, however, is particularly wild.

In an amended complaint that was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 16th, Kruse and Fialko claim that Presley’s granddaughter, actress Riley Keough, was the egg donor to John Travolta and Kelly Preston for their youngest son, Ben. Kruse claimed that Lisa Marie’s fourth husband Michael Lockwood told her he had orchestrated a deal for Keough to be the donor in exchange for between $10-20,000 and an old Jaguar car. Lockwood also allegedly said that Travolta and Preston had previously used Lisa Marie as an egg donor. The complaint alleges that Lockwood wanted the pair to use this allegation to “orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters” (he and Lisa Marie had twin girls.)

Real scumbag stuff there from Lisa Marie’s ex. Just grossness all the way down.

In August 2024, Presley sued the duo for $1 million in damages for alleged financial elder abuse. Her legal team responded to this recent revelation by saying:

“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.
Whatever the case, it certainly seems that Kruse and Fialko are playing a dirty game. If their issue with Priscilla was solely business-based then there would be no need to drag Riley or Lisa Marie into this. It’s especially creepy to make these claims about Riley being an egg donor to the Travoltas. Even if that is true, what does it have to do with Priscilla? It’s all about embarrassing an 80-year-old woman into giving them money, in my opinion. Because Scientology might be involved — both the Presleys and the Travoltas are or were at some point in their lives members of the church — this detail feels as though it was added to make Priscilla seem untrustworthy and calculating. Shouldn’t the bigger issue be a 21-year-old being possibly set up as a reproductive donor by a cult for one of their most famous supporters? And, again, this still has nothing to do with Priscilla Presley’s business dealings.

Seeing this lawsuit be picked up by legitimate publications like People only serves to make the case seem more legitimate. It’s deeply unfair for Riley, who has been through hell and back with the deaths of her mother and brother, and who is now the focus of a lot of vultures because of her status as sole owner of Graceland. If ever there was a family that needed peace, it’s the Presley-Keoughs.
